"Utsuwa" and Banya no Sushi, adding color to Toyama's food culture
We recently delivered custom-made plates from NJSTYLE "Utsuwa" to Daisho Co., Ltd., which operates four "Banya no Sushi" restaurants and one "Matsuribayashi" restaurant in Toyama Prefecture. The plates we produced this time feature an original design based on the silhouette of Toyama Prefecture. As a special piece imbued with our feelings for the region, we have created a design that will leave a lasting impression on customers.
Toyama Prefecture is blessed with abundant seafood throughout the seasons, nurtured by the rich fishing grounds of the Sea of Japan, and is known as one of the leading prefectures in Japan for its delicious sushi.
